Frame Studio is a referral-led training community focused on intentional movement in a supportive environment.
Access is granted through a personal referral, completion of a referral form, and confirmation from our team.
No. Residents of the Diplomatic Quarter may join directly. When completing the referral form, residents are asked to attach their National Address for verification.
No. Professionals working in the Diplomatic Quarter may join directly. When completing the referral form, a valid employee access card or workplace identification may be attached for verification.
Yes. Each active member may extend up to 10 personal referrals.
A referral is considered successful once the referred individual completes the referral form, is confirmed by our team, and receives access to book sessions.
Yes. As a thank you, for every three successful referrals, we will extend one complimentary class, up to a maximum of two classes.

No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and instructors offer guidance and modifications as needed.
We offer a range of movement-based sessions including mat, barre, reformer, chair, Lagree Micro, and VersaClimber, tailored to support strength, mobility, and conditioning. Class formats, scheduling, and descriptions can be found on our Schedule page.
Yes. To maintain an intentional and focused environment, class sizes are kept small, with fewer than eight participants per class, allowing for quality guidance from instructors.
Please arrive in comfortable workout attire. Grip socks are mandatory for apparatus-based sessions and are available for purchase at the studio.

Once your access is confirmed, sessions can be booked through our app or booking portal.
Cancellations must be made at least 12-hours before the scheduled group class and 24-hours before the scheduled private class to avoid forfeiting the class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the booked session.
If it is your first time at Frame Studio, you can start with our Frame Formula pack. This includes three sessions, with access to any three classes of your choice, valid for two weeks from the date of purchase.
Class packages are valid for the period stated at purchase. Any unused sessions will expire once that period ends. Because we care about flexibility while maintaining a balanced schedule, a limited reactivation option is available if requested within seven days of expiry, allowing up to two unused sessions per package to be reactivated for a small fee. Reactivated sessions must be used within a two-day window from the date of reactivation.

Frame Studio is located in AlFazari Plaza, in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh. Exact directions and access details will be shared once your access is confirmed.
Frame Studio is open from 7am to 9pm, Saturday through Thursday, and 9am to 11pm on Fridays. The full class timetable and available sessions can be viewed through our app or booking portal once access is confirmed.
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for members upon validation of the parking ticket at the front desk.
